 After I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every
time a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment.
Perhaps there is a means you can remove me from that service?

 First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
